As a body worker and a massage therapist, I assist my immediate audience in understanding of what I do! Keeping you informed about my profession is a meaningful way to emphasize the benefits of self care with what massage and bodywork has to really offer. If you are unsure, or if this is your first time about which massage to get, my strong recommendation is to always start with the basic Classic Swedish Massage!  Swedish remains the most reliable, modality source to combat and defeat stress with accumulative tension. You can certainly rejuvenate your body, your mind and your spirit with this wonderful healing basic Swedish Massage. There are other specialty massages that can reverse the negative effects of stress or repair damages in muscle tissue and/or eliminate pain completely. My work is integrative; I use different modality techniques and they do vary upon the session goal.

My commitment is to give you undivided attention to your body’s needs and freeing any inhibitions from recent/past injuries and/or traumas. My aspiration with each session is to relief your physical and emotional being toward its optimum balance. Give yourself permission to renew and reconnect your senses and energy level that your body really needs. Recall and capture your inherent capacity for self healing with massage and bodywork!
